You have been waiting all weekend to workout with us on Monday am! We are gonna have fun! Here it is- 10 clapping pushups, 20 lunge steps with weight (each foot), 30 sumo kettlebell pulls, 40 lateral 2-foot jumps ver pvc (each foot), 50 DB thrusters. Oh, and it is for 3 rounds!
