Warm up: OTT Drill

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
115 pound Push press, 10 reps
10 KB Swings, 1.5 pood
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box

Run 1 mile
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
Run 1 mile

WOD must start and end with a mile run. The squats, pull ups, and push ups can be broken up as needed.
