About CrossFit Savannah
CrossFit-Savannah presently offers 4-one hour sessions per week of semi-private workouts. Our goal is to have people reach a higher level of fitness than they have ever experienced and to be brought along in well designed stages to that level. I will teach our athletes proper techniques in olympic weightlifting as well as other skills emphasized in the CrossFit program and you will work hard and have fun and sweat. And, you will end up being in the best shape of your life. And, you will wonder where this program has been all your life.
