We hosted an Olympic Lifting Seminar at CrossFit Pittsburgh last month with Don and Suzanne. In one day I learned more about what my O-lifts had been lacking than I had in the past 5 years. Two weeks later I took first in the Clean & Jerk (Ground to Overhead) and 2nd overall in the Master’s Division at RAW Training’s Fall Brawl. Thanks to Don and Suzanne.
-Mike Pietragallo, Co-Owner-CrossFit Pittsburgh

I wanted to send you a line and thank you for working with Sarah and I the weekend before Thanksgiving. We had a great time and it was an invaluable learning experience for me, both as a lifter and an aspiring coach. This past Saturday I cleaned 135, a 4 kilo PB and just missed the jerk. I also worked up to 100 in the snatch with consistency and took several attempts with 102.5, locking a few out only to miss as I stood up. These PB attempts were quick and dynamic–I simply need to stay tight and finish the lift.
–Chris Theoharis, CrossFitter

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Don for years. He is one of our best Olympic Lifting coaches in the U.S. He is dedicated to the development of his athletes, and bringing out the very best of their individual talents.
