Welcome home, Cheryl Haworth, 3 time Olympic Team member

There will be a welcome home dinner (bring covered dish, please) for Savannahs’ most prolific Olympian, Cheryl Haworth, Saturday, Aug. 30th at 5:00PM.  The dinner will be held at Aldersgate Methodist Church Fellowship Hall next to the training facilities for Performance Initiatives at the Aldersgate Family Center.

Our last weightlifting medalist (Bronze, ‘00) returns from her 3rd trip to the Olympics, where she finished in 6th place this year.  Come welcome home this extraordinary athlete and person.
