This year, she made the Olympics! We are so proud of her, and we were more than happy to have her in our home, and our gym, and glad that a good person realized her dream! We have been very lucky so far with the weather, but even I (who knows better) got dehydrated this week, and was sick for almost a whole day! Some vague symptoms can include being excessively tired and nausea. Keep drinking water. If you want to drink Gatorades, Powerades, etc- they are a little too sweet for your body to properly rehydrate- half it with water. Suzanne</p>
