5 RNDS- 10 Decline pushups, 20 Double unders, 10 Box Jumps, .1 walk with bar overhead. (yea, that’s right- overhead). oh, and there is a buy in too. :D

“Leg Burner” 50 kb swings, .1 run, 40 box jumps, .1 run, 30 lunges with weight overhead, .1 run, 20 burpees, .1 run, 10 tire flips, .1 run, 1 sled push.

Announcements concerning the upcoming holiday! Duh—– it’s St. Patty’s in Savannah! Gym is closing at 6pm Friday, because we all know that the holiday has already started. No gym hours on Saturday, and none on Sunday- as we know you all will barely be able to get off the bathroom floor. If you are an Open participant, and can’t get the WOD in on Thursday or Friday- come to Don or Suzanne to see if we can accommodate a time that you will not be hung over to get it done. :)
