Welcome

I am excited to announce that I have actively joined the affiliate CrossFit programs around the country.  To my wife, my friends and all those who have helped and encouraged me, I can’t thank you enough.  I am having fun already.

For those of you that know about the CrossFit program, now you have a place in Savannah, Ga. to do your workouts under supervision and objective direction and to enlarge your CrossFit family.  For those of you who don’t know much about CrossFit, I ask you to go to the national link on my front page and discover how to reach new levels of fitness in ways you’ve never heard about or have and have been afraid to try.
